The 2023 backlog has grown 40% over prior year.
The current customer base is comprised of many blue-chip OEMs.
Revenue projections for the year 2025 are between $80-$90 million.
2023 revenues are forecasted at over $50M.
The business operates at a Largo, Florida based campus made up of four facilities.
Processes include fabrication, machining, lithography, coating, product assembly and test.
The production model is low to high volume, high mix.
Operations ITAR and AS9100 Registered.
$5 million in new capital spending is planned for FY 2023-2024 to complement existing capacity and capabilities.

REPORTING STRUCTURE Reports to:
CFO POSITION OVERVIEW With direction from the CFO, the Human Resources (HR) Generalist will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Human Resources function at the business, including regulatory compliance, recruiting, staffing, overseeing the performance management systems, benefits administration, talent retention and employee development.
S/he will be accountable for executing the talent strategies in support of the overall business strategy, aiding business performance and day-to-day operations.
Through personal actions, relationship development and organizational leadership, the HR Generalist is expected to support the executive leadership team to build a culture that values operational excellence, teamwork, trust and respect, open communication and employee development.
This assignment is a responsible for establishing the HR function in a rapidly growing business and can lead to significant professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave programs; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, and certifications.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS Three to five years of experience operating in a $50 - $100M manufacturing environment as an HR Generalist.
Demonstrated ability to lead a successful HR function.
Experience driving improved productivity and performance, continuous improvement, and developing best practices in an HR function.
A strong business acumen.
An undergraduate degree in Human Resource management is required.
An MBA would be desirable, but not required.
