Summary:
This position is responsible for making sure that products meet a set of standards.
Their duties include supporting the Quality Management System for Salvo Technologies.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Support QMS System including but not limited to Document Control, Training, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Risk Assessments, Change Control, Nonconforming Products, MRB, RMAs, Auditing, Inspection Plans, Supplier Evaluations and Surveys, Customer Feedback, Safety, and SQDC.
Develop training materials and train staff on Quality Management process and factors relevant to QMS.
Maintain QT9 software by ensuring records are accurate and QT9 administrative skills are kept up to date.
Assisting in the development of new processes and supporting various ad hoc process improvement teams, focusing on developing and improving QMS processes.
Engages with all departments at Salvo (Coating, Fabrication, Quality Control, Finance, other divisions when necessary).
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area daily utilizing visual workplace methodologies.
Supports final packaging and documentation, QMS data entry, creating inspection reports.
Supports production needs when required.
Job Specifications:
Skills o English is the primary communication language.
Excellent written and communication skills.
o Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
o Ability to work collaborate and execute well within a team.
o Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
o Flexible to support the team or other departments as necessary.
o Collaborates with cross functional teams to find root causes to problems.
Education, experience, certifications o Associates preferred.
o 3 or more years work experience in a QMS role preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing Physical and mental demands o Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
o Prolonged periods of standing in front of equipment making measurements o Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
o Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
o This position is on site, no remote work option.
