Successful District Managers are operations experts who possess the leadership ability to continuously move our business forward.
District Managers oversee 3-4 locations in Pinellas County, are hands on managers and communicate regularly between their store locations and our corporate leadership teams.
District Managers lead by example, and ensure our standards are effectively communicated, implemented and measured at each location.
This individual is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operation, compliance, and financial results for Dunkin restaurants within a defined geographic region.
This Manager will also develop marketing plans and assist in growing new business.
This position will also ensure that all reporting operations adhere to the overall corporate mission, vision, and core values while consistently meeting expectations, while ensuring all Company and Dunkin standards are met and ultimately exceeded at all site.
