Tree trimming and power washing fences Repairing water leaks Maintain all equipment in good working order Cleaning Clubhouse bathrooms daily Cleaning and Buffing Clubhouse floors Set up for board meetings and other park functions at the clubhouse Painting clubhouse or other public areas Keeping the public areas neat and clean, including trash and dog poop removal Other duties as assigned Starting pay $17 per hour, 4 hours a day, total of 20 hours per week 1 wk vacation pay, 20 hrs, at current rate of pay after 1 yr of service.
2 wks vacation pay, 20 hrs each, at current rate of pay after 3 years of service 6 paid holidays Normal hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 12pm Please submit a resume with work references to:
