As a General Application or Position team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments within our manufacturing facility.
This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the world of sailboat and yacht manufacturing and to be a part of the Catalina Yachts legacy.
Key
Responsibilities:
General Labor:
Assist in various tasks such as boat assembly, material handling, and general maintenance.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all work is performed to meet our high-quality standards and product specifications.
Safety:
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures and protocols.
Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with colleagues in different departments and be adaptable to the needs of the company.
Assistance with Projects:
Assist in special projects or tasks as required by supervisors.
Qualifications:
No specific educational requirements, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labor is a plus.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to work well in a team and take direction from supervisors.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
