- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and professional manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service - Answer questions about menu items, specials, and promotions - Assist with cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining areas - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking - Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with kitchen staff - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Basic math skills for cash handling Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift trays of food or drinks.
