We are a small 1 doctor practice focused on creating a fun and supportive work environment and providing personalized veterinary care to our furry patients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional receptionist/client care coordinator.
We are open Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm.
We are closed Saturday and Sunday so you may enjoy the weekends with family and friends.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in the veterinary setting and client care is preferred with knowledge of veterinary terminology and Avimark practice software a plus.
We are happy train the right person as well.
Avimark is an easy program to use and learn.
Must have basic computer experience and neat handwriting as we keep paper records.
Responsibilities:
This position requires SMILING A LOT and multi tasking, answering the phone, setting appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, and special tasks as requested.
