1960's, 70's Transcriptors, J A Michell Turntable 60 Hz for sale in Seminole, FL

1 of 1
International Buyers: I am offering eBay's Global Shipping on this listing. Vintage 1960's, 1970's Transcriptors and J A Michell 60 Hz strobe & belt pulley for Hydraulic Reference turntable used in the USA and Canada. etc. These turntables will work on both 110 and 220 voltages but use different motor/belt pulley's and strobe wheels to run at and display the correct speed. The 60 HZ strobe has 40 marks on the outer and 31 on the inner of the wheel and the pulley is 13/16" in diameter at the widest. The 50 HZ strobe has 35 marks on the outer and 26 on the inner of the wheel and the pulley is 15/16" in diameter at the widest. U.S. models run on 110 volts, 60 Hz. If you bought a Hydraulic Reference that was used in the UK or Europe and want to use it in the U.S. or Canada you must move the AC connector from 220 volts to 110 volts and replace the 50 Hz belt pulley and strobe wheel to the 60 Hz ones shown below. Comes as shown with matching shaft, you will have to reuse the nut that is on the old shaft. These are unused, new old stock items and are in excellent condition. I bought these parts directly from John Michell when I visited the J A Michell shop in Borehamwood, England many years ago. As always, the pictures below are of the actual parts I am selling. Please e-mail any questions you might have before bidding. Shipping quotes in the U.S. and Global Shipping all come with insurance. As always, International Bidders are welcome to participate.
